Find out where the Bowflex T22 ranks against the best treadmills: https://www.treadmillreviewguru.com/b...

You’ve been asking and it’s here: the Bowflex Treadmill 22. In our testing of the T22, we found this treadmill to be wellbuilt and incredibly durable. It’s large in size, especially compared to other home models, however, it folds up to save a good amount of space. Just make sure that you decline the deck completely in order to fold it up to be more compact. The deck and motor are two separate pieces so I think this helps contribute to how high the deck can fold up.

The Bowflex Treadmill 22 weighs a whopping 336 lbs and can handle users up to 400 lbs, so it’s basically a tank, and feels like one when you’re on it. The motor is said to be 4.0 horsepower. It can definitely handle heavy use like race training and multiuser households. The speed increases to 12 mph and the deck inclines to 20% and declines to 5%. This is the highestinclining folding treadmill that we’ve seen. It definitely provides a challenging workout.

The frame is made of steel. The uprights are unique because they make a triangular shape with the frame at the floor. Triangles are said to be the strongest shape so this was an effective design choice on Bowflex’s part. The 22” touch screen and entire console remain really steady and don’t wobble.

The T22 is also really quiet. The incline/decline function can barely be heard above the sound of the belt moving when the treadmill is adjusting the grade.

The deck is large at 22” wide by 60” long. This size is appropriate for most stride lengths and users of all heights. You should have plenty of room to walk, jog, hike, run, and sprint on the belt. The cushioning is firmer than we expected, however, it does provide shock absorption. It might not be best if you have joint issues though.
The 22” touch screen is enabled with JRNY which comes free for the first year. JRNY includes a variety of content such as trainerled workouts, outdoor filmed videos, preprogrammed workouts, and streaming to apps like Netflix and Hulu. Plus, on the console, there is plenty of storage for water and your phone/tablet.

If you’re looking for a highinclining treadmill that can handle a lot of use, we highly recommend the Bowflex Treadmill 22.
