Bowflex Max Trainer, Pedal Arm Wheel Noise, 踏板臂轮噪音

Hello everyone, the gym room downstairs was closed last year due to the epidemic. So last year I bought a Bowflex Max Trainer M6 online, and the machine has been working very well. Last week, the pedal arm wheel made a creaking noise every time I stepped on it. It was very uncomfortable to hear. So I opened the maintenance catalog of the manufacturer and bought 100% silicone lubricant to wipe the pedal arm according to its instructions, but the sound was louder the next day. So I tried some other methods I found on the Internet, but they didn’t work. Finally, I gave up quickly. When I was about to reorder two brand new pedal arm wheels from the Internet, I decided to try my own method first and finally succeeded. I removed the wheel with enclosed tool, and changed the wheel direction, and put it back into same holding position, and it worked perfect without any noise. It works like a brand new machine. Maybe this is also option for you to solve the noise problem.

When you put back the wheel to the machine, please make sure to secure the mounting nuts securely, double check both sides nuts to make sure the wheel is firmly mounted. Good Luck and Enjoy.
