I am so pleased so many people love the boroinspired patchwork coat I made. I find handstitching projects very relaxing, so I occasionally make/upcycle things for myself. Usually I do things on a rather leisurely timeline but so many of you wanted to learn how I did it so I made a point to finish this up quickly so I could make this video! In this video, I go over what boro and sashiko stitching are, why my coat is not exactly boro, and then I go over step by step instructions on how to make this coat!
