Jason Lewis - Mind Amend

An Ambient track combined with 10Hz Alpha wave isochronic tones, plus a 528Hz Solfeggio tone. Designed to help promote serotonin and dopamine release.

Increasing your serotonin levels can be beneficial for controlling your mood, happiness and anxiety. It also helps control appetite, digestion and feelings of wellbeing.

Based on a 1983 study by Patterson and Capel, which found that boosting 10Hz activity increased serotonin levels.

Your brain and body produce serotonin naturally and it plays a major part in controlling your mood, happiness and anxiety. It also plays a part in reducing your appetite while eating.

The soft ambient music in this video is combined with isochronic tones plus amplitude entrainment effects embedded into the music, which syncs to the same frequency of the isochronic tones.

What frequency modulations and tones are used in this track?

This track contains isochronic tones beating at 10Hz in the alpha wave range. Amplitude entrainment effects have also been embedded into the music, producing 10Hz vibrations.

528Hz Solfeggio

There's also a continuous 528Hz Solfeggio tone playing throughout the track. I've given the tone some 3D sound effects, so it appears to come in and out of volume a bit. This helps to make it more pleasant to listen to. The 528Hz frequency has been linked to positive vibes and energy. It's also referred to as the miracle tone or healing frequency and is one of the nine main frequencies on the ancient Solfeggio scale. According to Dr Leonard Horowitz, the 528Hz frequency is able to heal damaged DNA.

Headphones are not required.

How loud should the volume be?

Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It should not be so quiet that you can hardly hear it, but also not so loud that it becomes too distracting.
