Blower Motor Belts Wearing Quickly

I am doing midseason filter changes and notice a squealing noise. I find the belt is causing the squeal and it was just replaced in February. Therefore I decided​ to check the pulleys and find the blower shiv is worn out and is causing the belt to wear.
