A Tennessee mom was arrested for DUI after failing a field sobriety test. The police report claimed Katie Slayton showed uncoordinated behavior and slurred speech. But Slayton says she was simply exhausted after working a 12hour shift at her hospital in a COVID19 ward. Turns out, she also took her regular prescription dose of adderall. Six months later, her blood test result came back negative for alcohol. The charges against Slayton were dropped.
