It is my turn to get into the stand and self film my bear hunt. I chose to use a Taurus revolver in .44 Magnum with 240 grain Winchester solid point bullets. I've wanted to hunt bear for along time since a failed season in 2011. This year with the help of some friends my season became a reality. I've wanted to take a bear with a 44 magnum revolver and this year that became a reality too. Northwest MN is a over the counter license purchase with no need for a draw, so I bought a last minute tag and hit the woods for some bear hunting 2020.
