The second day of the Portia Martial Tournaments—and, like the first, it doesn’t come along. Mr. Django’s power box has failed and Emily’s chickens are on the loose, again. There’s also a Commerce Guild Inspection that needs doing. To top it off, the Research Center comes through with all the diagrams she needs for her private commissions AND then comes through with a new piece of equipment…and Mayor Gale announces a balloon park and new intertown developments. It looks like life is getting busy for our builder.
