Spring is FINALLY here! I always love this time of year because all the hot rods come out of hibernation. This past winter I did a few upgrades to my 1971 Nova ss. I installed a tunnel rammed big block with a Muncie 4 speed transmission.

The swap went rather quick, so there was still snow on the ground when it was time for a "test drive". Freezing temperatures and race slicks didn't make for much of a first drive.

Well the snow has melted and it was time to drive this new combination for the first time. I gotta say, this light little car with a rat motor is a ripper on the street! A little front heavy and pushes though the corners, but over all it will make for a really fun driver.
