INGREDIENTS:
680g / 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes
2 tbsp Butter
60g / 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Spices:
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Sweet Paprika
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp Celtic salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 clove garlic

Bake the potatoes at 215C/420F for 2025 minutes

Dipping sauce (Optional):
150g / 5.3oz Plain Greek Yogurt
Fresh parsley or green onions, chives, dill
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic powder (optional)
juice of 1/2 lemon

2 lb /1 kg mini potatoes
Olive oil
Parmesan

Season with salt and pepper
Chives (optional)

DIPPING SAUCE: (optional but very recommended)
2 tbsp Sour cream
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Chives
Pinch of salt
