And Siteground is also very well known for their support. In my experience their support isn’t quite as helpful for the newbie, but they tend to me more knowledgeable so you’re more likely to get excellent help if you know exactly what your issue is or if you prefer more straightforward answers.

So while I found them to be more knowledgeable on average compared to Bluehost support, they weren’t as likely (on average) to go above and beyond or to be as helpful when you don’t know what you’re doing compared to support from Bluehost.

So ultimately, Siteground is ideal for someone who wants a stepup performance wise from what Bluehost offers, while only having to spend a few dollars more to get that.

Now If working with a Green company is important to you then you’ll want to go with GreenGeeks.
