Today we took a tour in Newlands West a former Indian only township that today has mixed people staying in. This place is close to the cbd of Durban, gateway shopping mall, easy drive to the king shaka airport and has good schools near by and cheaper schools in the community for a fairly good educational experience. Properties here range from 600k Rands and go up to 3million. 1 million rands can get you a proper house here to raise family in. #southafricanyoutuber #career
