1 cup matzo meal
4 large eggs
1/8 tsp nutmeg
¼ cup chicken fat
4 tbsp cold water

¼ bunch parsley
3 bay leaves

2 large onions
3 celery stalks
2 carrots (1 for broth, 1 for soup)
1 parsnip
