They have the least amount of track record in the LLC formation space. They also have subscription fees in the mid/high tier packages.

4 LegalZoom has the longest track record but has taken on so much investment that they are far and away the most expensive service.

3. Northwest Registered Agent hasn't taken on any funding and they're affordable. They have good options for outofcountry business owners trying to set up an LLC in the US

2. ZenBusiness used to have higher fees but has recently started a $0 plus state fee to match Bizee/Incfile.
