Grinder cookies that really appeal to anyone who likes crispy cookies. Depending on your preferences, you can prepare this cookie recipe with coconut, almonds or hazelnuts. The recipe is for 8 9 baking trays, but you can easily divide the quantities into thirds if you don't want to bake so many cookies at once.

Unlike the original recipe, I replaced the margarine with butter and the rum with orange blossom water. Unfortunately, the scent of the orange blossom water disappeared after baking. That's why you can just as easily use milk or cream.

‍ Ingredients for 8 9 baking trays:
36 tbsp (500 g) margarine or butter
2 tbsp rum, milk, cream or orange blossom water
2 ¼ cups (500 g) sugar
6 8 tsp (3 4 sachets) vanilla sugar
3 eggs (M)
8 ⅓ cups (1 kg) flour
4 tsp (1 sachet) baking powder
2 cups (200 g) ground coconut
Icing sugar, cinnamon and cake glaze to refine (optional)
