RECIPE:
for the meat filling:
2 lbs beef
1 TBSP beef bouillon
6 0z can tomato paste
5 sprigs of thyme

5 sprigs of sage

2 cups water

for the potatoes:
2 lbs russet potatoes
1 cup cream
6 oz butter
2 egg yolks

for the veggies:
4 carrots
1 leek
2 shallots
4 stalk celery
