Chicken Leg pieces 1 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric / Haldi powder ½ tsp
Tamarind 1 inch ball
Warm Water ½ cup
Black Peppercorns 1 ½ tsp
Cinnamon 1 ½ inch stick
Cumin / Jeera seeds 1 tsp
Cloves 6 to 8
Ginger 1 ½ inch ( finely cut )
Garlic 12 medium cloves ( finely cut )
Green Chillies 4 to 6 medium size ( finely cut )
Sugar 2 tsp
Coriander / Cilantro leaves 2 cups ( roughly cut )
Vinegar 3 tbsp
( If Goan Vinegar is not available, Apple Cider or Palm Vinegar can be used )
Salt 1 tsp
Cooking Oil 3 tbsp
