COPYCAT Starbucks Banana Bread
So flavorful and beautifully moist. I substituted pecans for walnuts but any nut will work. (Technically, Starbucks uses walnuts tho.) Try it out! It's better than Starbucks and you get the entire loaf!
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons buttermilk
1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ripe mediumlarge bananas, mashed
1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
1⁄3 cup chopped pecans (in addition to 1/2 cup)
