Hello everyone! My name is Afu Thomas, I am a German soninlaw to a Chinese family.
I was born into a big family and I have five siblings. My parents and older siblings all used to live in Russia, so I can speak Russian in addition to German, English, and Chinese. Right, my wife is from Shanghai, China, so I speak some Shanghainese as well.

I have successfully dropped down from 310 pounds to 170 pounds in two years. Through my weight loss journey, I have fallen in love with fitness.

I adore my family, cherish life, yearn to experience different cultures, and have a thirst to travel and see unique and beautiful places... In my eyes, we can see the diversity of the world handson through travel, which also helps us love and accept the world and all its various cultures.
