Sailing and boating BOATSCOPY The French shipyard Bénéteau has chosen the Grand Pavois 2021 in La Rochelle as the venue for the worldwide launch of its brand new 10m family sailboat, the Bénéteau Oceanis 34.1. Designed by Marc Lombard, like the Bénéteau Oceanis 40.1, the Bénéteau Oceanis 34.1 replaces the Oceanis 35.1. A lot of naval architecture work has been done on this model by the architect from La Rochelle with a striking result: 500kgs less on the scale, than its predecessor!
