Cynthia Erivo, enchanting star of the stage and screen, invites you to ring in the New Year with her magnificent friends Ben Platt and Joaquina Kalukango as they bring their powerful voices and favorite songs to the Kennedy Center. Erivo takes the audience on a journey through a diverse repertoire of songs that have shaped her artistic sensibility from Broadway and Motown, to Rock and R&B.

Erivo has taken the world by storm since bursting onto the West End and Broadway stages in The Color Purple. An actress, singer, author, and producer, Erivo has received worldwide critical acclaim for her work, including Grammy®, Emmy®, and Tony® Awards.

Joining Erivo are her friends Tony®, Grammy®, and Emmy® Award winner Ben Platt and Tony®, Drama Desk® and Outer Critics Circle® Award winner Joaquina Kalukango. Ben Platt, known for his groundbreaking role in Dear Evan Hansen, has seamlessly transitioned from Broadway to the big screen with the film adaptation of the musical. His contributions to theater, film, and music, including charttopping albums, highlight his multifaceted talent. Kalukango made a name for herself with standout performances in Broadway productions like Paradise Square and Slave Play. Her diverse talents have also been showcased in films like One Night in Miami and television series such as Lovecraft Country.
