The world of compliance has so many different roles that you can play within it and so many areas to explore. That's what makes it so exciting as a profession. I've had an immensely satisfying career as a generalist but there is also the option of specialisation and a number of people have carved successful careers in those areas. In this video I take you through the difference between being a generalist and a specialist in the compliance field.
