In this video, Lloyd takes you through a step sequence on ice that is accessible to beginner figure skaters.
Consisting of three turns, mohawks (c step), some weight transfers, and extensions, this step sequence has many different element types to get used to. There is even a twofoot glide incorporating some body movement to try to get you used to move your body and dancing on the ice.
