Today was a really hard day for me. I really didn’t want to do today. I wanted to hide from the world and cry.
I didn’t. I got up and did the day.
I feel like the universe knew I needed to hear kindness because so many people randomly came to me today to tell me how I made their day special, how they enjoyed my class, how my class was the highlight of their year. Honestly, I REALLY needed all of it today so THANK YOU!! Just a note on this. If you feel something positive about someone, tell them. You never know how much that person may need it in that moment.
