One onion, chopped
Half of a green pepper, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tsp steak and chops spice and 1 tsp barbercue spice
50g tomato paste
2 beef stock cubes
black pepper n salt for taste
