*Items Needed:
Dehydrator or oven to dry the meat: My Cosori: https://amzn.to/4bH6goK
Crockpot or stove pot to render tallow
Bowl, strainer and cheesecloth to strain tallow
Food Processor or blender
Sheet pan or other pans to firm up the bars
**Ingredients:
2 lb extra lean ground beef (yielded 10oz dry meat)
1 cup rendered liquid tallow
Salt to taste (optional)
Honey to taste (optional)

** Macros for how I made it (8 bars)
Per bar: Calories: 396, Protein: 24 grams, Fat: 34 grams, Ratio: 76/24
Note: If you add honey, dried fruit, nuts or use different meat, then you will need to adjust the macros
