This is a simple recipe; however, it is timeconsuming. You can cook quicker by pressure cooking.

Ingredients:

For the Filling:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 kg (about 2.2 lbs) beef chuck, cut into 1inch cubes
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 medium onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
250g (about 8.8 oz) mushrooms, sliced thick
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons allpurpose flour
1 bottle (about 12 oz) stout beer (like Guinness)
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried thyme

For the pastry:
420 g All Purpose Flour / PLAIN FLOUR
65ml Water
150g Shortening
50g Butter / Marg
1 medium egg
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt


oven to 380°F (190°C) 35 mins

Air fryer 360°F (180°C) 35 mins
