We are full on adulting in today's productive Sunday Morning video. When I find myself stuck in a rut I just go back to the basics and get back into routine. Routine is literally the best way to set yourself up for a successful week. And no, you dont have to wait until Sunday to reset you can do it any day of the week or when you're sick of being lazy and have had enough of your own bs (talking to myself here haha).
