These Agaragar Flower Fruit Jelly Cubes are really pretty. The steps to make this beautiful agaragar jelly cubes are very simple. The tricky part is arranging the fruits well after pouring in the agaragar and making sure the first layer and the next layer of the agaragar gel well.

Ingredients:
2 strawberries (small or medium size) 小或中等大小的草莓 2个
1 mandarin orange (4.8 cm diameter or less) 一个橘子比5厘米直径少
6 purple grapes 紫色葡萄 6粒
8 green grapes 绿色葡萄 8粒
2 slices of kiwi 猕猴桃 2片
10 grams agaragar powder 燕菜粉 10克
5 grams instant jelly powder 立即果冻粉 5克
1100 ml water, room temperature 水 1100毫升室温度
160200 grams sugar, adjust sweetness to taste 糖 160200克调成甜度
