You can easily make this beautiful baby set smaller or bigger by simply changing your hook size and making it in the exact same way as this tutorial (see below) with same stitch count, different yarn weight and same number of rows. Just remember that these sizes are not exact since not all babies are the same size and since tension varies from person to person which can affect the final size.
