Women confide their true feelings about their life & so do I weight gain, love & loss, isolation, grief, waking up and planning a day... wanting more and finding a new life for ourselves. I was so shocked to hear how women really feel. I received a letter from a subscriber that touched me deeply...she felt her life was behind her and it stopped her from leaving her home. She said she feels so sad she and her daughter do not talk.
My doctor told me older women can be so hard on themselves... angry for all the things they can no longer do or swallowed up at times with regret or anger towards family members........and I thought long and hard about this. So I wanted to show a slice of my life and share how I cope, relate, and still have so much to work on...forgiveness being the most mountain for me to climb.
