I completely forgot to explain why in the video, but Puffsley Comet is in fact considered a Deadly Advent despite its difficulty being labeled as Merciless. There are several reasons why Puffsley is a Deadly Advent:

1. Puffsley’s meow medal is gold, just like the rest of the Deadly Advents.

2. Puffsley appears in Heavenly and Infernal Floor 47 just like the rest of the Deadly Advents in the prior floors.

3. Not as concrete, but Puffsley being a Deadly Advent completes the 7 Deadly Sins Theory, where each Deadly Advent represents each sin (Pride, Wrath, Lust, Sloth, etc).
