Recipe tip to make things easier:
Lightly coat the fish with seasoned flour before the batter. Usually if a batter is thick enough this isn't necessary. However, give it a try to see if it works for you.
INGREDIENTS:
Haddock filets or any other white fish
Fish seasoning or seasoned salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Batter Ingredients:
3/4 cup all purpose flour
Salt if necessary
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon white vinegar
3/4 cup water
