Updating electrical in a bathroom renovation can either be the easiest part of the project Or the most frustrating and time consuming task to complete It's often tough to judge what your in for sometimes...

My advice:

1. When looking a bathroom remodel project, be sure to take the time to remove outlets & switches to see what you will be working with. If its old cloth covered wire, I would recommend replacing it

2. If you are adding new circuits for a GFI or Heated flooring system, be sure to open up the service or subpanel to evaluate the condition of wiring, load & room in panel

3. Do short or uncharge for you labor when it comes to running new wires to a service panel. Some of the longest days for me was running a couple of dedicated circuits that I thought I could do in a couple of hours
