Yield: approximately 50 units, using the 8 cm diameter cutter (the exact value depends on the size you cut)
To shape it, I used pie molds with a 4 cm opening.

Ingredients for the pâté: (you can use any pâté of your choice)
300 grams of ricotta cheese
3 tablespoons of chives
3 tablespoons of pickled cucumbers
100 grams of provolone cheese
200 grams of milk cream (1 box)

To make the baskets:
1 kilo of pastry dough
1 egg (for brushing)
Sesame (can be replaced with oregano, chives, parsley, etc.)

Suggestion for decorating:
(you can use whatever ingredients you prefer)
Salami
Biquinho pepper (or cherry tomatoes)
Parsley
Green olives
Black olives
