We discussed and reviewed some basis environmental planning terms and concepts relevant to the board exams review of aspiring real estate brokers and appraisers, like environmental impact statement (eis), environmentally critical projects (ecp), environmentally critical areas (eca) and environmental compliance certificate (ecc), all within the regulatory authority of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 1586.
