Bar Trip to the Pioneering Japanese mixology bar, Ishi no Hana in Shibuya, Japan.

Ishi no Hana is a bar that is always on the list of bar lovers in Japan and is frequented by professional bartenders. The precise cocktailmaking techniques unique to the Japanese, and the variety of cocktail menus, which make use of mixology techniques early on in the Japanese bar industry, are astonishing.
We will follow Ishigaki, a bartender who has won international cocktail competitions, through his daily routine and the traditional Japanese sharpening knives he uses to cut ice and fruit, which he is obsessed with.
