Bangers and mash is a classic British dish that combines juicy sausages, creamy mashed potatoes, and rich onion gravy but I’ll be adding an irish twist today for St Patricks Day.

INGREDIENTS
This is for 23 servings

45 red onions
1tb of flour & butter
200250ml of Guinness and beef stock
garlic
oil
700900g of potatoes
2tb of butter
whole milk
chives
6 small or 4 big pork sausages of your choice
