Bandit is a big softie, and he could really use some kindness and a second chance. All we know for sure is that he was adopted from HSSC in 2014, so when he was found in Manatee County, we asked that he come back to us for a doover. Senior cats give great appreciation and loyalty when they receive attention with a gentle touch.
