1 banana

Ingredients Pecan Praline
200g sugar
200g pecans
50g butter
Method
1. Place the sugar into a pot over medium heat.
2. Heat until you have a golden caramel and then add the nuts.
3. Once the nuts are covered in the caramel, add the butter.
4. Mix the butter in and once the butter is emulsified, pour the caramel nuts onto a tray with greaseproof paper.
5. Let it completely cool before you break it into pieces.
Ingredients Chocolate Sauce
100g chocolate
40g cream
Method
1. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler
2. Once melted, whisk the cream into it.
Ingredients Vanilla Cream
200ml double cream
1 tbsp icing sugar
1 vanilla pod
Method
1. Add the cream, sugar and vanilla into a bowl and whisk until thick and smooth.
