Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins: Moist and Fluffy

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins are moist and fluffy. Excellent for breakfast!

Ingredients for 12 muffins:
banana 2
Greek/plain yogurt 180 g
vegetable oil 100 ml
sugar 100 g
eggs 2
flour 250 g
baking powder 16 g
chocolate chips 100 g

Steps (for best results, measure ingredients with a scale):
1. Mix vegetable oil, yogurt and eggs.
2. Mash bananas.
3. Add mixture of vegetable oil, yogurt and eggs to the mashed bananas. Mix it.
4. Add sugar.
5. Add flour and baking powder. Sift it. Mix it.
6. Add chocolate chips.
7. Fill muffin liners with the batter. Approximately 2 tbsp each or one scoop.
8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake for 30 minutes. Final 5 minutes keep a close eye to prevent overbaking.
9. Let the muffins cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
