this way of cooking are often to see in some occasions like town Fiesta, bday's and many more this is special because cooking this required time and specialties.This is very traditional way of cooking rice in Philippines that we almost forgotten because of the modern world...so lets watch how "Aling Belen cooks" this is simple and easy lets all learn from veterans on making this.


in this video we used

1 1/2 kilos of rice
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoon margarine
banana leaves
and water for cooking
