Furloughed since May 1st due to Covid19, I took the opportunity to travel all over South Florida with my childhood friends and our kiddos. We needed kid friendly places to take them on the paddleboards (SUP) so I became obsessed with finding the perfect spots to safely paddle, swim & snorkel with kids, an all in one so they are happy, and we are happy, win win!! Thank you for joining us on our journey! With your support I can continue documenting our adventures so you too can enjoy these little pieces of paradise! :)

If you haven't visited Bahia Honda yet, you must check it out, truly paradise located in Marathon south of the 7 mile bridge in the Florida Keys.

Per Florida State Parks website:
Henry Flagler’s bold effort to build a railroad to Key West in the early 1900s turned the remote island of Bahia Honda Key into a tropical destination.

Known for its iconic Florida scenery — palmlined beaches, ginclear waters and magnificent sunsets — visitors to the park enjoy balmy sea breezes that caress the shores yearround. Kayaks and snorkeling gear can be rented, and boat trips to the reef for snorkeling excursions are available.

The park is an excellent place to observe wading birds and shorebirds, while the Sand and Sea Nature Center introduces nature lovers to the island’s plants and animals."
