Backpacking in the Grand Canyon was a bucket list experience we never thought we would do! In this video, you will see us go on an 18 mile backpacking trip into the Grand Canyon on the South Kaibab Trail to Phantom Ranch, then from Phantom Ranch to Indian Gardens, where we stayed the night, followed by a trek out of the canyon on the Bright Angel Trail. This trip took 2 days and was planned only 10 days before we began! We did absolutely no physical training which was a mistake. We do not recommend doing this without training!

NOT TO MENTION THIS IS OUR FIRST TIME BACKPACKING EVER!

ITINTERARY:
The trail we plan to take is South Kaibab to Phantom Ranch to Bright Angel. This is an 18 mile trail which we will be completing in 2 days! We will be completing nearly 13 miles and staying at Indian Gardens Campground and Ascending to the Rim on Bright Angel Trail on Day 2,
