AWS App Runner is a new service that has started to appear on the AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate (SAAC03) exam. This is a PaaS service that can be used to automatically deploy containerized web applications on AWS.

You simply point AWS App Runner to your Docker container image source on GitHub or Amazon ECR and AWS App Runner will build and manage your application for you.
