Aussiedoodle is a designer dog breed, that has been created by crossbreeding an Australian shepherd with a poodle. Aussiedoodle comes in three sizes, and it depends upon the size of poodle used for breeding.

Aussiedoodles are intelligent, playful and peopleoriented dogs that combine the best traits of both parents. They inherit the athletic nature of an Australian shepherd, along with the intelligence and hypoallergenic coat of a poodle.

These designer dog breeds were bred in the United States, probably around the 1990s. They were intentionally bred to combine the best characteristics of both parent breeds. The goal was to create a companion dog breed, that has the athletic nature of an Australian shepherd, and the hypoallergenic coat of a poodle.
