Today is a big day as the Total Composites camper floor gets married and attached to the EarthCruiser subframe and Mitsubishi Fuso CORE 4x4 chassis in my DIY expedition camper build on a customized EarthCruiser CORE #4 Mitsubishi Fuso 4x4. I share with you my buildout experience, tips and tricks of building a Total Composites expedition camper and attaching it to the chassis subframeas @LiveandGive4x4 say, "marrying the camper and chassis". The expedition truck now starts to take shape of a camper with the camper floor mounted over the large 37" tires and the cab passthru already cut and ready for attachment to the camper as the front wall gets installed next. Locktite, cupedwashers, finethread bolts and custom aluminum plates and washers are stacked to keep the camper from moving on the subframe. The CruiseNComfort air conditioning condenser is installed and ready. I plan on using my expedition camper on this truck chassis for longterm domestic and global travels with its Offroad allseason capable expedition truck with fourwheel drive for fulltime DIY RV travels, adventures and exploration.
