The Asus ROG Phone 8 and 8 Pro are awesome – but complicated – so ahead of the full review, lets get unboxed and explained as we dive into the first gaming phones with a seriously specced out camera system.
What makes the camera so impressive on paper? The gimbalstabilized main camera, the capable Sony IMX890 sensor inside, and a 3x optical zoom with OIS. Go beyond the camera bump, though, and the ROG Phone 8 marks a huge shift for the line, with its less tall design, updated rear display, IP68 waterresistant body, and a totally overhauled look and feel.
While the vanilla ROG Phone 8 is available with 256GB storage, this video's all about the Pro, which can be had with either 512GB storage/16GB RAM, or 1TB storage/24GB RAM.
