A Prepizza is a "precooked" pizza dough that is sold in bakeries in Argentina. They are soft and fluffy and ready to use at any time. Just get them out of the freezer, top them with your favorite toppings and bake!

INGREDIENTS for 4 prepizzas:

1 kg of allpurpose flour
20 gr of fresh yeast
20 grams of salt
600 620 ml of water (room temp)

For the Sauce:
400 gr of whole peeled tomatoes
Salt, dried oregano and ground chili pepper to taste
