Avándaro House, a renovation project led by Doméstico Estudio, focused on expanding areas to encourage interaction among residents. By enlarging windows, natural light was increased, creating bright and appealing environments. Comfort was optimized by including a guest room on the ground floor and expanding the family room after removing partitions. This functional transformation redefined the living experience, inviting residents to fully enjoy each moment.
